Informational Letter

The Board of Directors made the following policy changes at the regularly scheduled February meeting, with changes going into effect June 1st, 2026:

#1 Delinquent Bills - any bill paid after the 16th of the month is considered delinquent and will be subject to additional charges.  All delinquent accounts will have service disconnected on the 1st business day (Monday through Thursday) following the last day of the month and remain disconnected 24 hours, an added $75.00 reconnection fee and until account is paid in full.  Service will then be restored between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.

EXAMPLE: Bill is due on 5/18/26, remains unpaid on 6/1/26, service is disconnected on 6/1/26.  Full payment of applied charges is made on 6/1/26 during normal office hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.  Service will be restored on 6/2/26 between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.

If a payment plan needs to be entered into, you will need to contact the office prior to disconnect for details and approval BEFORE IT IS SHUT OFF.

#2 Tampering Fee - a NO ACCESS clause was implemented restricting access into the meter well.  A fee of $500.00 will be assessed to your account for noncompliance.  If you do access your meter and anything gets broken or damaged, the cost to repair will also be your responsibility.

For help with your payment needs, we have the following options available:

  • ACH - which is available at no charge to you.  Call our office for the form or it can be downloaded from our website.
  • NexBillPay - can be accessed at our website - or by calling 888-479-1943.  This option can process banking accounts and cards, but there is a transaction fee of at least $2.00.
  • Call the office, we can process cards over the phone.  Transaction fee also applies.
  • Drop box at the front door
  • Office is open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Would you prefer your bill to be emailed to you?  We can do that!  Call us to make the change.
